This extended warranty reflects our confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. 1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:
  • Mechanical and functional defects of the watch caused by manufacturing faults.
  • Material defects that affect the proper functioning of the watch.
  • Free replacement or repair of defective components within the warranty period.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use (e.g., scratches on the case, crystal, or bracelet).
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, impacts, falls, or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized service centers.
  • Straps, bracelets and other accessories like boxes and batteries (for battery-powered models).
  • Water resistance issues due to improper handling of the crown or pushers underwater.
  • Regulation of timekeeping accuracy, which is a natural aspect of mechanical movements and may vary depending on wearing habits and external factors.

3. Warranty Claim Conditions

  • The watch must be purchased from an authorized dealer or directly through the official Biatec Watches online store.
  • A valid proof of purchase dated from 2025 onwards is required to claim the warranty.
  • In case of a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team, and we will provide instructions for sending your watch to an authorized service center.
  • To maintain the extended 5-year warranty, a standard periodic service must be completed every 3 years at an authorized service center. This ensures optimal performance and long-term reliability of your timepiece.

4. Repair and Replacement Process

  • Upon receiving the watch for inspection, we will determine if the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
  • If covered, we will repair the watch free of charge or replace the defective component.
  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will offer repair services at a reasonable cost.

5. Warranty Registration and Benefits

  • If you purchased your watch directly from our official website www.biatecwatches.com, you automatically receive the 5-year warranty, and no further action is required.
  • If you purchased your watch from one of our authorized dealers, you must register your extended warranty on our website. During the registration process, you will need to upload a photo of the certificate of authenticity and the purchase receipt to verify your warranty eligibility.
NO! We ship all the watches from Slovakia (EUROPEAN UNION) so shipments within EU are free of taxes. For all other shipments (outside EU) we are using DDP service which means Delivered, Duty Paid. So no matter if you are from Asia or USA, we will handle customs on your behalf and the watch will be delivered direct to your doors without any additional fees or taxes. The price you see on our website is your final price including delivery.
Nothing at all! No matter where in the world you are or which product you purchase from us – we always cover the shipping costs.
If a watch or accessory is marked "In stock," it means we will ship it on the same day or the next business day via DHL Express courier. If you would like your watch engraved, please allow approximately one to two weeks for dispatch. For items that are out of stock or temporarily unavailable, we encourage you to reach out to us. We will happily provide detailed information on current availability or the estimated restocking timeline. 
Please note our showroom can only be visited by appointment. Therefore, we ask our valued customers to arrange a visit to our showroom in advance by email or phone or on this LINK. We will be more than glad to see you in person and show you our watches.
